Once again, our 2025 Glissando Par-Tee fundraising event was a huge success raising over $55,000! We are SO grate to our sponsors and everyone who came out to celebrate our Rainey Kids and Honorees.

Introducing Rainey’s RYSE Ensemble! RYSE (Rainey Youth for Symphonic-Social Elevation) unites 3rd – 12th grade student-musicians from throughout Greater Cleveland in a dynamic, popular music ensemble and immersive civic engagement experience!

Thank you to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Museum of Art, who will donate $10,000 to Rainey Institute. The check will be presented at the final 2024-25 Nike NBA City Edition City Edition home game on Friday, March 27, 2025 against the San Antonio Spurs.

We Are rainey institute

Since its beginnings in 1904, Rainey Institute has served countless Greater Cleveland youth. Today, over 1,200 children participate in engaging arts education programming each year. Children of all ages discover and develop their talents after school, on weekends, and over the summer.

Exploring colors, textures, and materials brings joy and inspiration to individuals of all ages, especially children. The feeling a child gets when they create their first work of art is priceless.

Our Staff strives to build physical, emotional and social growth for all age groups through dance from beginners to advance mastery classes.

Drama programs support participants in their quest to become great actors and actresses while helping them gain the necessary skills to succeed in life.
